Revocable trust

"If two people have a revocable trust and they are both trustee's can one person break the trust without the other persons signature."

Depends on what the trust says. If the trust is silent it depends on what state law says. This is like asking me if your date last night was cute. I can't tell, I didn't see her. But if it makes you feel good, she was cute!
